In a world where stability and safety are constantly being redefined by emerging risks and technologies, our task of understanding and shaping the future of security takes on critical importance. Recognizing the ever growing role of security, we are called upon to analyze the multilayered interconnections among the diverse elements that define its modern character. As we navigate this dynamic environment, the responsibility and significance of security weigh ever more heavily on our decisions.
By organizing and hosting the scientific conference “Current Security Issues,” the Vasil Levski National Military University aims to engage the academic community, industry experts, and government institutions in discussions and in depth exchanges of ideas that will help disseminate the latest research findings on all matters concerning security and defense. Our combined efforts will focus on seeking solutions for: advances, challenges, and future trends in the design, implementation, and management of security systems; the efficient use and allocation of security resources; the societal impact and legal dimensions of security and defense measures; non military crises; and cutting edge security technologies.
By encouraging the exchange of ideas across diverse scientific and professional fields, we seek to develop innovative approaches to address the myriad challenges facing security today. We believe that your expertise, invaluable practical experience, and scholarly achievements will greatly enrich our discussions and support the formulation of practical solutions that meet the multilayered demands of contemporary security.
We are confident that your active participation will foster lasting partnerships and strengthen the professional network of security specialists.
