INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
  • Application forms must be submitted not later than July 26, 2024
  • Please, fill out your online application here.
  • Application forms without abstract will be rejected.
  • The approved participants will be notified via email not later than August 9, 2024
  • Further information on the technical requirements of the papers can be found here.
  • A layout template for your papers can be found here.
  • The participation fee must be paid not later than August 23, 2024
  • Confirmation notice for payment will be sent until September 5, 2024
  • Participants must submit their papers in a digital form at nvu_forum@nvu.bg not later than August 23, 2024
  • The confirmation for receiving a paper is until September 5, 2024
  • Up to three is the acceptable number of papers per author (whether autonomous or in a group), desirable length is up to 10 pages per one paper.

PARTICIPATION FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
  • Bank transfers will be approved not later than August 23, 2024
  • The participation fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, a delegate set, coffee breaks and a cocktail dinner.
Options:
  • A paperback (a printed copy) – 120 BGN (60 EUR)
  • A digital copy (CD) – 110 BGN (55 EUR)
  • A digital and a paperback copy – 130 BGN (65 EUR)

Co-author, participating in the work of the conference must pay a full fee.

Co-authors, not participating in the work of the conference, but willing to have a copy of the conference proceedings, with no regards of the issue must pay 50 BGN (25 EUR).
