- Application forms without abstract will be rejected.
- The approved participants will be notified via email not later than August 14, 2026

- The participation fee must be paid not later than September 20, 2026
- Confirmation notice for payment will be sent until September 28, 2026
- Participants must submit their papers on https://conferences.nvu.bg/event/2/ not later than September 12, 2026
- The confirmation for receiving a paper is until September 20, 2026
- The acceptable length of pages (whether autonomous or in a group) is up to 10 pages per one paper.
- The program of the scientific conference will be published on the conference website at https://conferences.nvu.bg/event/2/.
- Bank transfers will be approved not later than September 20, 2026
- The participation fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, a delegate set, coffee breaks and a cocktail dinner.
- A paperback (a printed copy) – 60 EUR
- A digital copy (CD) – 55 EUR
- A digital and a paperback copy – 65 EUR
Co-author, participating in the work of the conference must pay a full fee.
Co-authors, not participating in the work of the conference, but willing to have a copy of the conference proceedings, with no regards of the issue must pay 25 EUR.
